# About Hopin

Hopin is an AI job-search assistant for Indian college students, freshers and
early-career candidates. Most job boards stop at showing you a list. Hopin goes
past that: it finds roles that fit your profile, tailors your resume to each one,
fills in the application, and keeps track of what happened after you applied.

It is built and operated by **Hopin Jobs Private Limited**, a company registered
in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

## Who Hopin is for

- Final-year students and recent graduates in India applying to their first full-time role.
- Students looking for internships while they are still studying.
- Candidates with little or no formal work experience, who lose out on keyword-matched job boards because their resume lists projects rather than job titles.
- Anyone tracking an off-campus drive for the 2026 batch (TCS NQT, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture and others).

Hopin is India-first. Listings, salary bands, cities and hiring cycles are all
Indian, and the product is free for students in India.

## What Hopin actually does

- **Finds jobs.** A daily crawl of listed and hidden openings across India, filtered
  down to fresher and entry-level roles. Hidden roles are the ones posted only inside
  a recruiter's own feed and never syndicated to a job board.
- **Checks them.** Every listing passes a scam and authenticity check before Hopin
  will apply to it. Listings that fail are dropped, not shown.
- **Tailors the resume.** Hopin rewrites and scores the resume against the specific
  job description rather than sending one generic PDF everywhere.
- **Applies.** Auto-apply submits the application on the candidate's behalf, including
  on applicant tracking systems that need a form filled rather than an email sent.
- **Follows up.** Cold outreach to the people most likely to reply, plus a tracker for
  every application and its deadline.
- **Runs on WhatsApp too.** Candidates who do not want another app can receive matches
  and apply directly from a WhatsApp conversation.

## Scale

Hopin publishes a live, openly licensed dataset of Indian fresher hiring rather than
quoting numbers nobody can check. The current figures, the cities and roles behind
them, and the raw JSON are at

and is licensed CC-BY-4.0, so it can be cited and reused with attribution.

## Pricing

Hopin is free for students in India. Core job discovery, matching, resume tailoring
and the tracker cost nothing. The only paid element is unlimited auto-apply, which
carries a minimal charge; the free tier includes a daily auto-apply allowance.
