Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Hopin account and associated app data from this page. Please send the request from the same email address you use for Hopin so we can verify ownership.
What To Include
- The email address used for your Hopin account.
- Your full name.
- A clear request to delete your Hopin account and associated app data.
- If you want only specific data deleted, describe what you want removed.
What We Delete
After verification, we delete or anonymize account information and associated app data, including profile details, resumes and uploaded documents, parsed resume information, saved jobs, application tracker data, preferences, and user-generated notes where applicable.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, security, backup, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons. We may also retain anonymized or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.
Timeline
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, security review, or technical backup cycles.
After Deletion
Once your account is deleted, you may lose access to your Hopin profile, saved jobs, application tracker, resume data, recommendations, alerts, and related product history. This action may not be reversible.
