Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Manage customer interactions across WhatsApp, calls, and in-app support channels Handle bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and real-time service issues efficiently Coordinate with operations teams to resolve customer concerns accurately and promptly Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of issues Deliver clear, respectful, and premium communication in every interaction Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, issues, and resolutions Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives
