Role Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Deliver professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with the team to achieve process targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate in any stream (pursuing candidates not eligible). Freshers are welcome. Good communication skills in English Hindi. Willingness to work in rotational shifts (only day shifts for female employees).
