We're hiring an HR Intern to work directly with our HR Head on organisation-wide initiatives focused on the future of work, AI-enabled HR practices, workforce capability building, learning & development, and culture evolution. Th is is a strategic research role where y our work c an contribute to real conversations and decisions across our businesses.

Th is isn't y our conventional HR internship. You'll spend y our time researching emerging trends, benchmarking best practices, synthesising insights, and helping shape frameworks th at prep are our people and organisati on f or the future. Along the way, you'll ga in exposure to a diverse group of businesses spanning Real Estate, Hospitality, Technology, Robotics, Automotive and Defence.

📍 Location: Bengaluru
🎓 Eligibility: MBA in Hum an Resources (Mandatory)
⏳ Duration: 2–3 months (with the possibility of a full-time opportunity based on performance)
