Key Responsibilities:
• Tobeinvolvedintorelationshipbuildingandmanagementwiththecustomerforsalesandservicesoffinancialproducts of ICICIgroup(E.g., Online Trading Account, Client Activation and Retention, Mutual Funds, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management)
- Tomanageassignedclientbasethroughvirtual/clientvisitsandprovidefinancial/investmentadvisory, developnewrelationsthroughreferencingandothersources
- Togenerateleadsforquality NCAsandactasproductiveresourcebymeetingobjectivestherebyensuringfulfillmentofbudgetaryexpectationsoftheorganization
- Tobeactiveinclientengagement/reachoutinassignedcampaigns/activitywhichhappenstimetotimeforeffectiveoutcome
- Todeliverthedesiredbusinessexpectations/objectivesbymaintainingcustomerrelationship
- Tomanagercustomermeetingsandsalesprocessaspartofhis/herreportingstructure
- Toconsciouslydeliversupporttoreportingmanagerinincreasingprofitability
- Toconductmarketresearchforgeneratingbusinesstherebyaddingforrevenuegeneration
- Toensurecustomersatisfactionthrougheffectivecustomerserviceandqueryhandling
- Toexplorenewareasandwaystoachieveproductivity
