🚨 We're Hiring | Technical Support Engineer – Ado be Digital Marketing 🚨
Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and delivering world-class customer support? We're looking f or Technical Support Engineers with strong web technologies and Ado be Digital Marketing expertise to jo in our team.
📍 Location: Noid a (Hybrid/As per business requirement)
🌙 Shift: Permanent IST Night Shift (8: 00 PM – 7: 00 AM, 9-h our shift)
📅 Weekend/Holiday Support: Rotational
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support vi a phone and email to global customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Validate and report product bugs accurately.
Educate customers on Ado be Digital Marketing solutions.
Analyze implementati on issues and provide scalable solutions.
Own customer cases end-to-end and collaborate with global teams.
Mainta in product documentati on and identify trends f or proactive resolution.
🔹 Mandatory Skills
✅ Excellent written and verbal communicati on skills
✅ Comfortable working permanent IST Night Shift
✅ Strong knowledge of HTML, Jav a Script, Perl, Web Services
✅ Hands-on experience with SQL and databases
✅ Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, PHP, and API integrations
✅ Knowledge of Tag Management tools (Ado be Launch, DTM, Tealium, etc.)
✅ Strong understanding of Jav a Script frameworks (j Query, Angular JS, or similar)
✅ Experience troubleshooting analytics implementations

Ado be Experience Cloud
Google Analytics
Salesforce
Pega
Digital Marketing, CRO, Digital Analytics, UX
