Hopin is operated by Hopin Jobs Private Limited. Every channel below reaches a person at the company; there is no phone queue and no ticket robot.

help@hopinjobs.com is the main address. Use it for anything to do with an account, an application that did not go through, a job that looks wrong, a billing question, or a bug.

WhatsApp: wa.me/918448258488 is the fastest route for candidates who already use Hopin over WhatsApp. Job matches, applying and support all happen in the same conversation.

We aim to reply to support email within one working day, Monday to Friday, India Standard Time (UTC+5:30).

Account deletion and privacy

Account deletion can be started without contacting anyone, at /delete-account. Privacy requests, data access requests, grievances and IP takedown notices also go to help@hopinjobs.com; what we collect and how long we keep it is set out in the privacy policy.

Press, partnerships and data

For press enquiries, partnership proposals, campus tie-ups, or questions about the openly licensed hiring dataset, write to diti@hopinjobs.com.

Journalists and researchers can use the fresher hiring report directly: it is refreshed daily, downloadable as JSON, and licensed CC-BY-4.0. Attribution to Hopin with a link to hopinjobs.com is all we ask.

Security disclosure

If you have found a vulnerability, email help@hopinjobs.com with "security" in the subject line and enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not test against other people's accounts or data. We will acknowledge the report and tell you what we are doing about it.

Developers and AI agents

API questions, integration problems and anything to do with the machine-readable surface belong on the developer and agent docs, with the endpoint reference at /api. If something there is wrong or missing, mail help@hopinjobs.com.
