This internship is a great opportunity for final-year students and recent graduates to gain hands-on exposure to academic counselling, student interaction, communication, and relationship building in a professional EdTech environment.
🔹 What will you be doing?
- Connect with students and understand their academic interests and career aspirations.
- Help students explore suitable academic programmes based on their goals.
- Build positive and meaningful relationships with students throughout the counselling process.
- Follow up with students and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience.

Interview advice
Going for this role at EdiGlobe? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
