📌 Role Highlights
Position: Academic Counselor (Inside Sales / EdTech Consulting)
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work From Office)
Shift Timing: US Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST | Night Shift)
Work Schedule: 6 days/week (including weekends; rotational weekday off)
CTC: ₹4.6 LPA (Open for Freshers! 🎓)
🎯 What You’ll Do
Connect with parents across the US via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings. Understand students’ learning goals and recommend customized next-gen courses (Coding, AI, Financial Literacy & more!).Drive program enrollments through consultative counseling and clear value communication.
Manage CRM updates and achieve weekly/monthly productivity targets.
🔍 Who We Are Looking For
🎓 Freshers graduates/post-graduates in any discipline.
🗣️ Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills
(comfortable speaking with US parents).
🌙 Ready and comfortable working in fixed night shifts.
💻 Must own a personal laptop in good working condition.
🎯 Target-driven, persuasive, and passionate about consultative sales.
