🎯 What You'll Do
Engage with parents across the US and provide guidance on our educational programs.
Assess students' learning requirements and suggest suitable courses.
Convert inquiries into enrollments through a consultative approach.
Establish strong relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Consistently achieve and surpass performance goals.
🧠 What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with international clients.
Passion for counseling, sales, and helping families make informed decisions.
Ability to quickly build trust and influence customer choices.
Experience in EdTech, sales, customer success, or counseling is preferred.
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Interview advice
Going for this role at BrightCHAMPS? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
