📍 Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office
🌙 Shift: 10 PM – 7 AM
📅 Working Days: 6 days a week with rotational week-offs
BrightCHAMPS is looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Academic Counselors!
What you’ll do:
Connect with parents and understand their child’s learning needs.
Recommend suitable educational programs and guide parents through enrolment.
Conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video consultations.
Build strong parent relationships and achieve enrolment targets.
What we’re looking for:
Freshers with excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
A proactive, positive, and target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work night shifts from our Bengaluru office.
