ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Academic Counselor at Career Switch, you will interact with students and working professionals, understand their career goals and guide them toward the right programs in:

Data Analytics
Data Science
Business Analytics
Investment Banking

This is a Career Counseling and Consultative Sales role where you can make a genuine impact on people's careers while building your own professional growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Connect with prospective students and working professionals through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Understand their educational background, career goals and professional aspirations.

Conduct personalized career counseling sessions.

Explain programs, curriculum, career opportunities, placement support, fees and payment options.

Handle queries, concerns and objections effectively.

Follow up with interested prospects and convert qualified leads into admissions.

Achieve monthly admission, conversion and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate lead and follow up details in the CRM.

Build strong relationships with learners throughout their enrollment journey.
