Account Executive
We’re growing at StepsAI, and we’re looking for some great people to join us! 🚀
Every day, our customers come to us with new ideas, problems, and feature requests. And we’re building as fast as we can to solve them.
There’s so much happening, so much more we want to build, and we’re just getting started.
For those who don’t know us, we’re building StepsAI, an AI-powered frontline customer engagement platform. We help businesses handle customer conversations, sales, and support across websites, e-commerce stores, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and now voice agents (more on this soon 👀).
As we grow, we’re hiring for 3 roles:
1. Account Executive (AE):
Someone who can own sales end to end, from finding customers and running demos to negotiating and closing deals, including enterprise deals. Experience selling AI products, especially chat or voice agents, is a big plus.
2. Content Creator:
We’re building some exciting things, and we need someone who can show them to the world. Someone who can create great videos about our product, customers, and startup journey. We’re looking for someone creative, comfortable on camera, and full of ideas.
3. AI Automation Intern:
Someone who loves experimenting with AI tools and figuring out smarter ways to get things done. You’ll work closely with us to automate our sales and marketing processes, build workflows, and try new ideas.
What matters most to us? Curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to figure things out.
We’re a small team, and there’s plenty to build. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, make mistakes, learn, and see your work make a real impact.

Interview advice
Going for the Finance role at StepsAI? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise the fundamentals — the three financial statements and how they connect — and be ready to explain one concept like working capital in simple words.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
