Account Managers
Netflix is poaching the best people from Finnet.
My 23-year-old hire, who worked with us at Finnet, is now at Netflix!
No IIT tag, no rich uncle, no fancy connections.
He came in raw, learned how the creator and brand world actually works, and built a base strong enough that Netflix came knocking.
Most founders would be upset losing a talent like this. But I am happier than ever, because that's exactly my plan!
See, at Finnet we don't hire people to keep them chained to a desk forever. We make their base strong, put them in rooms with the best creators and biggest brands in the country.
And we try to create the best opportunities for our team members, so when something bigger comes their way, they're ready to take it.
So if that's the kind of base you want, we're hiring in Mumbai right now:
→ Account Managers
→ Brand Solutions Intern
→ Content Strategist
→ Sr. Executive – Influencer Marketing
→ Talent Manager
→ Agency Partnerships
Come in, get sharp, and let's see where you end up next. Maybe Netflix, maybe running your own thing, or maybe back here running the place 😄
I've dropped the application form link in the FIRST COMMENT of this post.
Click it, fill it up, and let's get you HIRED!

Interview advice
Going for the Finance role at Finnet? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise the fundamentals — the three financial statements and how they connect — and be ready to explain one concept like working capital in simple words.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
