At Basillia Organics Pvt Ltd, we are building a global organic and millet-based food brand, working with 7000+ farmers and exporting to North America, Europe, and Australia.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts & Finance Associate to join our finance team, manage day-to-day accounting, and ensure strict financial compliance & audits.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Daily Accounting: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
✔️ Statutory Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory tax compliances.
✔️ Audit Support: Coordinate and prepare documentation for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
✔️ Salary & Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, track attendance/leaves, and ensure timely salary disbursements.
✔️ Export Finance: Handle export-related financial documentation, bank realizations (BRC/e-BRC), and foreign exchange transactions.
✔️ Financial Reporting: Maintain precise general ledgers and assist in preparing monthly profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
✔️ Collaboration: Work closely with operations, logistics, and management teams to streamline expense tracking and vendor payments.

🔍 Ideal Candidate

🎓 Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA Intermediate / MCom or equivalent degree.
🏫 Freshers from reputed institutes or candidates appeared/appearing CA Intermediate groups are highly welcome.
📊 Experience: 1-3 years of experience in core accounting, taxation, or auditing.
💻 Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Tally/ERP software and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
🗣️ Good communication skills to coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
🧠 Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indian tax laws.
