Youlluseyourexpertisetodevelopexcitingnewlearningstrategiesandsolutions. Youllhelpclientsmanageorganizationalchangeandsmooththetransitionprocess. Roles&Responsibilities:

Althoughnotwodays at Accenturearethesame, as an Instructional Designer Analystin our T&Opractice, atypicaldaymightinclude:

• Supportteam/projectthroughvariousphasesoflearningdesignanddevelopmentbasedontheidentifiedbusinessproblem, audienceprofile, andevaluationmethodology.

• Helpdevelopstandardsandtemplatesfortheproposedlearningsolution.

• Createeffectivetrainingmaterialsmappingtheclientsneedsusinglearningmodalitiessuc has Instructor-ledtraining, Web-basedtraining, virtual Instructor-ledtraining, simulations, videos, interactivelearningnuggets, andperformancesupportmaterials.

• Collaboratewithstakeholderssuc has Subject Matter Experts, teamleads, mediaandtechnologyteamstosupportiterationstothelearningmaterialforimprovedbusinessoutcomes.

• Creativelyvisualizethecontentandworkwiththevisualdesignteamtoconveythecoursecontent/keymessagesimpactfully.

• Writeimpactfulstoryboardsbyunderstandingtherawcontentandrepurposingitbasedonaudience, content, modality, andotherconsiderations.

• Performqualitychecksonthetrainingdeliverablestomeetthestandardqualitybenchmarks.

• Bringyourbestskillsforwardtoexcelintherole:

• Proficiencyincontentdevelopmentandinstructionaldesign, researchandinformationgathering, contentanalysis, knowledgeoflatesttrendsinthelearningindustry.

• Understandingofindustrystandarddesign/rapidauthoringtoolssuc has Articulate/Captivate/Lectora/Camtasia/SAPEnable Now/Walk Meandbecomfortablewithclientproprietaryauthoringtools. Anidealcandidateshouldbewell-versedwiththetechnicalfunctionalitiesandlimitationsofthesetools.
