What you will work on:
• Design & optimize system prompts and AI guardrails.
• Build AI evaluation frameworks (Evals) to assess accuracy, hallucinations, toxicity & edge cases.
• Test non-deterministic LLM behavior.
• Translate business requirements into AI execution guidelines & acceptance criteria.
• Curate benchmarking datasets and audit AI outputs.
• Collaborate with Product & AI Engineering teams.

Who we are looking for:
Master’s/MPhil/PhD or equivalent background in AI, Computer Science, Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, Cognitive Science or related fields, with hands-on LLM project/research experience. Basic Python/SQL is a plus.
