About the Role:
No Brokerislookingforacuriousandresearch-driven AIContent Research Interntosupportits AIcontentresearchinitiatives. Thisrolefocusesonunderstandinghow AI-poweredplatformsandsearchexperiencespresentinformationrelatedtorealestate, homeservices, andconsumerinternetbusinesses.
Youwillconductresearchacross AIplatforms, searchengines, onlinecommunities, andcompetitorwebsitestoidentifycontentopportunities, analyzeusersearchbehavior, andprovideactionableinsightsthathelpstrengthen No Broker'sdigitalcontentstrategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Researchlong-tailuserqueriesusing AItools, searchengines, Reddit, Quora, forums, andkeywordresearchplatforms.
Analyze AI-generatedresponsesacross Ch at GPT, Gemini, Perplexity AI, Google AIOverviews, andcompetitorwebsites.
Identifycontentgaps, brandvisibilityopportunities, andemergingindustrytopics.
Preparestructuredresearchbriefsandactionableinsightsfor the Content and Marketingteams.
Monit or AIsearchtrendsandsummarizekeyfindings.
Support the Content, SEO, and Communityteamswithtopicresearchandcontentideas.
Createmonthlyreportshighlightingresearchfindings, contentopportunities, andmarketinsights.
Maintainorganizedresearchdocumentationusing Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Docs.

Required Skills:
Strongresearchandanalyticalthinking.
Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
Curiousmindsetwithawillingnesstolearnemergingtechnologies.
Goodknowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Docs.
Familiarity with AItoolssuc has Ch at GPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity AI.
Abilitytoorganizeresearchintostructuredreportsandpresentations.

Preferred Skills:
Internship, academicproject, orcoursework in Content, SEO, Journalism, Market Research, orrelatedfields.
Basicunderstanding of SEOfundamentalsandkeywordresearch.
Familiaritywithtoolslike Google Search Console(GSC), Ahrefs, or Semrushisaplus.
Interest in AI, Real Estate, Prop Tech, Digital Marketing, and Consumer Internetbusinesses.
