AI Engineer

Not mentioned·India·Posted 17 Jun·via LinkedIn

I recently spent an evening at a beach in San Francisco.

The sun was setting. People were laughing, walking along the shore, working from their laptops, and simply enjoying life.

What caught my attention wasn't the view.

It was the people seating beside me.

A few months ago, one of them was delivering orders to make ends meet.

Another was spending late nights running random AI experiments because nobody around him understood what she was building.

Today?

They're part of my team.

One is working as an AI Engineer.

Another is editing content for brands.

And they're getting paid for skills they once thought nobody would value.

The difference wasn't talent.

The difference was curiosity.

Most people consume AI content every day.

Very few actually use it to create opportunities.

That's where everything changes.

If you're someone who spends hours learning about AI, experimenting with tools, editing videos, building projects, or trying to understand how modern businesses work...

You are already ahead of most people.

You just need the right environment.

Over the last few months, we've grown our team to 30+ people.

Now we're opening internship opportunities as we scale toward 80+ team members.

We're looking for:

And here's what makes us different:

We don't believe in complicated hiring processes.

We don't care about fancy degrees.

We don't care where you're from.

India. or US. Anywhere.

We care about one thing:

Can you learn?

Can you take action?

Can you stay curious when everyone else quits?

Because skills can be taught.

Attitude can't.

I'm personally helping some interns learn client acquisition, project delivery, AI implementation, and real-world business skills that most people never get exposed to.

If a young girl can build opportunities for people with nothing more than curiosity, determination, and a laptop...

Why can't you?

You might be a student.

You might be a working professional.

You might be a housewife looking for a fresh start.

You might be someone who's tired of watching others build while you keep waiting for the perfect moment.

This could be your sign.

Not just employees.

Builders.
