Quest Global is looking for a skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and deep learning architectures to join our Semiconductors team in Chennai.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills:
▫️ AI Solutions for Semiconductor Domain: Support the semiconductor wafer inspection team by building practical AI/ML/LLM solutions for complex wafer-inspection and yield-engineering workflows.
▫️ LLM Application Development: Develop production-ready LLM systems covering fine-tuning strategies, prompt design, structured outputs, and efficient inference services.
▫️ Advanced RAG Architectures: Build and optimize high-performance RAG pipelines including text chunking strategies, embeddings, vector databases, specialized retrieval, and reranking.
▫️ ML/DL Modeling & Architecture: Implement robust machine learning algorithms (classification, regression, anomaly detection) and deep learning models using CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers.
▫️ Ecosystem Tooling: Leverage Python proficiency (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn) along with PyTorch/TensorFlow, HuggingFace transformers, tokenizers, and vector stores (FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone, ElasticSearch).
▫️ Evaluation & MLOps: Construct end-to-end evaluation metrics (F1, BLEU, perplexity, hallucination detection) using SQL, Git/GitHub, Jupyter, and Docker for scalable workflows.
