AI Intern
Round 2: who wants to work with me on some really REALLY cool stuff? ๐
Our last group of interns (now full-time employees) built AI products and created agents that are now used every day and were so amazing that we showed it to all of our investors. That's the bar, and now I'm looking for the next group.
I'm hiring AI Interns at K1. We partner with category-leading technology companies, the ones that define how entire industries work. This isn't building demos. It's building applications people actually use, that change real outcomes.
What you get:
โ Work directly with me. No layers, no busywork
โ Build AI tools that get used across category-leading companies
โ Help us find the next great AI business before everyone else does
โ An opportunity to be deployed into one of our portfolio companies
โ Put your work in front of global investors and industry-leading CEOs
โ A path to a full-time role, and helping build this team
No cover letters. Show me something you built. Link below ๐

Interview advice
Going for this role at K1? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each โ then tie every answer back to them.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally โ it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something โ say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions โ Situation, Task, Action, Result โ so your story stays clear and short.
