In 6 months you'll:
🔥 Build a real LLM evaluation harness from scratch
🔥 Curate a 400-thread golden dataset for regression testing
🔥 Write Python graders scoring tone, grounding & schema compliance
🔥 Run A/B tests against the production "champion" prompt
🔥 Debug why the AI judge disagrees with human raters
You'll walk away with a harness the whole team depends on — and a sharp eye for spotting confidently wrong AI output (a skill every AI job wants right now).
What you need:
• Final-year student or recent grad, any discipline
• Python comfort calling APIs, parsing JSON
• You've used ChatGPT/Claude beyond casual chat and can explain a prompt you improved
• Obsessive attention to detail

Interview advice
Going for this role at MailerMen? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
