Whatatypicaldaylookslike:
• Processinvoicesasperthestandardoperatingproceduresandmeetthetargets.

• Resolvediscrepantinvoicesasperthestandardoperatingprocedures

• Maintaindailyproductivitylogfortheteam.

• Reportingactivities-Generateandupdate the AP/AR/VMI/IC/FAreports.

• Passingrectificationentriesfortheerrorsidentifiedbyinternal QCteam

• Reconciliation of Sub-modulevs Trialbalance

• Work with Finfunctionalteamstohelpthemonbasicmacros.

Theexperiencewerelookingtoaddtoourteam:
• Fresher-Bcom/BBA(Finance)/MCom/MBA(Finance).

• Goodunderstanding on MSapplications(Basiclevel).

• Goodknowledgeofaccountingprinciples.

• Goodwritten/oralcommunicationskills in English.

• Proficiency in MSExcel and ERPSystems.

• Goodanalyticalskillsandshouldbeateamplayer.

• Willingnesstoworkincomplexenvironmentwithstrictdeadlinesonprojects.
