• Coordinationwithvendorsforactualdeliverystatusofmaterial.

• On Timecompletion of Open Purchase Order Report and Shortage Report for Review.

• Working on Pullin, pushout Cancellationasper the Open Purchase Order Reportandachieving the KPITargets.

• Mainta in Inventorytooptimumlevelaspersiterequirement.

• Coordinate with Internal Business Partner(requestor)andsupplier for Purchase Order Changes.

• Managing Supplierdatabase.

• Shouldinclude Shortage/excessescalationmanagement

• Co-ordinateandfollowthroughonurgentreceive, pastdues Managementandresolvingreceivingchallenges.

Theexperiencewearelookingtoaddtoourteam:
Education: Bachelorsdegree(B.com/BBA/Diplomaholders)
Experience: 0 to 2 Year(Procurement/Supply Chain)
Knowledgeofcomputersoftwareapplications,
MSExcel, Word Power Point(Required)
