Yourkeyresponsibilities
• Yourclientresponsibilities:

o Conducttheengagementinaprofessionalmannerandinaccordancewith
clientexpectationsandasdefinedbythetermsandconditionsofthecontract.
o Preparationandfilingofindividualtaxreturn, e-TDSreturn, draftingof
s ubmiss i onsbeforetaxauthorities, representationbeforethetaxauthorities,
advisingonoutbound/inboundstructuringinconnectionwithmovementofemployees, workingknowledgeofimmigrationandprovidentfundinconnectionwithexpatriates, etc
• Yourpeopleresponsibilities:

o Exhibitpositiveattitudeanddemonstratewillingnesstolearn.
o Workconstructivelywithteamtoevaluateandimprovepersonalandteam
performance.
o Contributeandleverageknowledgefromindividuals, databasesandother
sources.
o Providetimelyandhigh-qualityservicesandworkproductsthatexceedclient
expectations.
• Operational Excellence/Daytodayresponsibilities:

o Participateinexecutingworkwithinagroupbyassistingbydeliveringwork
effectiv e ly, andteamingwithtaxprofessionalstoprovidecomprehensivetaxsolutions.
o Ensurethattheareasofworkassignedareexecutedinaccordancewiththe
workprogrammeandthefirmsmethodologiesandguidance, and
professionalstandards.
o Useelectronicworkingpapers, efficientlyincludingvarioussoftware
applicationsandsourcesofknowledgeinanappropriatemannertoconduct
research.
o Acquireanddemonstratecompetenceintechnicalknowledge, and
complianceprocessbykeepinguptodateontrends, developmentsandtechnicalauthoritiesandapplythemtomoderatelycomplexsituations.
o Analyzeandconvertdataintoataxproduct(advisory/compliance)and
ensureaccuracyandtimelinessoftheproduct.
o Whereapplicablethoroughlycheckdocumentsandmakeavailablefortax
inspectionsinanappropriatemanner.
o Demonstrateprofessionalismthroughapositiveandcooperativeattitudeand
bymaintainingtheconfidentialandproprietarynatureofclientrelationshipsandrelatedworkproducts.
o Contributetotheoverallsuccessoftheteambydevelopingathoroughunderstandingofourmethodologiesandtoolstoenhanceservicedelivery;
keepingteammembersinformedofworkstatus; activelyseeking
