Hiring: L0 Application Support – Fresher / Intern
Location: Chennai Experience: Freshers / Interns
Work Mode: 24x7 Rotational Shifts
Stipend:- 6-7k
Duration:- 06 months
We are looking for freshers/interns interested in building a career in Application Support / IT Operations to join our L0 Support team supporting critical business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor application dashboards, alerts, and system health. Log and track incidents using ITSM tools. Perform basic application and service health checks.
Review alerts, error messages, and application logs. Refer to KEDB (Known Error Database) and runbooks for known issues.
Monitor scheduled jobs and application processes. Perform predefined checks and approved recovery activities.
Support pre- and post-deployment health checks. Escalate issues to L1/L2/L3 teams with relevant details. Maintain ticket updates and shift handover documentation. Follow defined SLA, SOP, and escalation procedures.
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of ITIL – Incident, Problem amp; Change Management. Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows. Basic SQL and database concepts.
Basic networking concepts – IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Ports.
Basic understanding of application logs and troubleshooting.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
Good to Have:
ServiceNow / Jira, Splunk, Zabbix, Dynatrace, SolarWinds or similar monitoring/ITSM tools.
Eligibility: Freshers / Recent Graduates / Interns only.
