📢 We’re Hiring | Application Support Analyst

Zynka Technologies is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team in Bhopal.
This role will primarily focus on application and technical support, working closely with customers/end users to understand and resolve their issues. The role will also involve basic application testing, issue verification, and coordination with the technical/development team.

Key responsibilities:
• Handle customer and application-related technical issues
• Troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues
• Coordinate with the development team for issue resolution
• Perform basic application testing and verify fixes
• Ensure a smooth experience for end users

Preferred qualification: BCA, B.Tech/BE, Polytechnic/Diploma or other relevant technical backgrounds.

Location: Bhopal

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
