• Utilizeyourserviceorientedpersonalitytodevelopkeysellingskillstooptimizeandsolidifythecustomerrelationshipbydeepeningtheirloyaltytoourbrand.

• Addressgeneralandaccount-specificcustomerinquiries-statementinquiries, cardreplacement, makepayments, rewardsredemption, etc., andupdatecustomeraccountinformation.

• Usetoolsandresourcestoidentifycustomsolutionsandanticipatecustomerneeds, inourcommitmenttomaintainafirstpointofcontactresolution.

• Meetandexceedperformancegoalsthatinclude, butarenotlimitedtosalesrates, qualitygoals, complianceregulationsandproductivitytargets, &customerperformancemetrics.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’sdegree.

• Notmoreth an 5 yearsofdifferencebetweenhighesteducationdegreecompletiondate and Joiningdate.

• Shouldnothaveenrolledinanypri or Government Apprenticeshipprograms.

• Stronginterpersonalskillswithattentiontodetailandaccuracy.

• Awillingness/opennesstolearning&feedback, adapttonewtasksandchallenges

• Solutioncentricmindsetwithstrongcriticalthinking.

• Strongwrittenandcommunicationskillswithanaturalabilitytohaveauthenticandeffectiveconversationwith our Card Memberswhichcanhelpdeepenrelationshipsanddrive Cardmemberloyalty.

• Resilienceneededtoefficientlymanageasteadystreamofcustomercalls, whilebalancingperformancetomeetavarietyofmetrics.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Abilitytoadaptcommunicationstyletoawidevarietyofpersonalitiesandsituationsandtakeownershipandresponsibilityforeachcall, frombeginningtoend.

• Proficiencyinbasiccomputerapplications(e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

• Basictechnicalknowledgetohelpmulti-taskandnavigatethroughmultiplecomputersystemsandapplications, simultaneously, withspeedandaccuracy.

• Abilitytoworkeffectivelyinateamenvironment

• Timelinessandreliabilitywithabilitytooperatewithstrongintegrityandcodeofconduct.

Additional Requirements:
• Flexibilitytoworkanytime in UShours, includingweekends.

• Hybrid Environment-onsiteexpectati on 3 days/week.
