Role Description
• Universitystudentsbroughtintothebankonashort-termbasisforthepurposeofgainingpractical, paidworkexperience, learningopportunitiesand/orasapipelineforentry-levelfulltimerolesforgraduates.

• Typicallyinternswillbeintheirpenultimateyearofstudyofabachelordegreebutinsomeinstances, maybeearlierintheiracademiccareers.

Yourkeyresponsibilities
• Assistinthepreparationandanalysisofdecision-makingmaterials(suchasreports, dashboards, etc.)foreffective Risk Monitoring

• Identifyareasofriskprofilechallengeandensurecorrectmessaginginvariousseniormanagement MIsbasedonreadacrossofunderlyinginformation

• Build SMEknowledgeofvarioussystems/toolsandsupportintheirenhancement

• Perform Quality Assuranceofvarious Frameworkcomponentsinlinewithpolicyrequirements

• Collaborateandco-ordinatewithkeystakeholders(Business or Risk Managers)forad-hocprojects/reports/queries

• Providinginputintothedesignandenhancementofexistingprocesseswhichsupportreportingtovariousfunctionsandforawithinthebank

• Supportthedevelopmentandenhancementofvarious NFRFrameworkcomponents

Yourskillsandexperience
• Bachelorsdegree/diplomaorequivalentcertificationinbanking, finance, economicsorbusinessadministration

• Goodworkingexperience in MSOffice(including Excel, Power Point and Wordknowledge), MSAccess and Visual Basicwouldbeanadvantage

• Verygoodeyefordetail, androotcauseanalysis

• Abletoworkaspartofaninternationalteam, butalsoself-reliant

• Goodcommunicationandprojectmanagementskills

• Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills in English

• Generalunderstandingofworkinginatimecriticalspace with Regulatory/Aud it Focus

• Basicunderstandingofoperationalrisk

• Basicunderstanding of Risk Frameworkin a Financial Institution
