Theprogramrunsinthreephases:
Months 12(Foundation): Shadowing, guidedcasehandling, producttraining, andonboardingtointernaltoolsandprocesses
Months 36(Supported Practice): Independentlyhandling Tier-1 casesundermentorsupervision, contributingtoteamknowledgebasearticles, andattendingstructuredupskillingsessions
Months 712(Assessed Practice): Caseownershipwithmentorcheck-ins
Role Description
As an Apprentice Technical Support, youwillbetrainedtoempower Adobecustomersbyresolvingproductandtechnicalqueriesrelated to Ado be Experience Cloud. Youwillworkalongsideexperiencedengineers, learntonavigatecomplexsoftwareenvironments, anddevelopthecommunicationandproblem-solvingskillsthatdefineagreatsupportprofessional.

Troubleshootandresolvebaseleveltechnicalandproductissues, underthesupervisionofdesignatedseniorengineers, escalatingmorecomplexcaseswithcleardocumentation
Learntoworkwith in SLAframeworkswiththegoalofmeeting SLAtargetsindependently
Documentissuesaccuratelyinthecasemanagementsystemfollowingestablishedguidelines
Contributetoknowledgebasearticlesasalearningdeliverable, reviewedandpublishedwithmentorsign-off

Shift Work Model
Work from Adobes Noidaoffice. Shiftsarepredominantly USPSTtimezone. Anychangesinshiftschedulesarecommunicatedatleastoneweekinadvance.
Evaluation
Apprenticesareassessed at Month 6(mid-programreview)and Month 11(finalreview). Evaluationcovers:
Casequalityandresolutionrateagainstapprentice-calibratedtargets
Technicalskilldevelopmentagainsttheprogramlearningroadmap
Communicationqualityandcustomerhandling
Reliability, professionalism, andteamcontribution
Apprenticeswhomeetthecriteriaatthefinalreviewmaybeconsidered, at Adobessolediscretion, foropportunities at Adobe, includingthroughanyappropriateformofengagementaftersuccessfulcompletionoftheapprenticeship.
