AR Executive
R1 RCM is hiring AR Executives in Noida and Gurgaon. Freshers can apply.
I work in Credit AR here, so I can tell you what this kind of job really looks like. You trace account balances, reconcile numbers, and check that everything adds up. Accuracy matters more than speed.
What the opening lists:
Role: AR Executive (Accounts Receivable), US healthcare
Experience: freshers welcome
Work week: 5 days
Perks: both-side cab and a one-time meal
Shift: night shifts, so you need to be comfortable with them
It suits you if you like detail, you're comfortable with numbers, and you know basic Excel. You'll learn the US healthcare RCM side on the job.
If that sounds like you, DM me on LinkedIn and mention the role in the subject line.

Interview advice
Going for this role at R1 RCM? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
