• Understand the Product Mixviz. Gold, Diamond, Precious, Silver, Sub Brands, etc.asperthemarketpreferencesandperiodicreviewofthesame.

• Involveinstockmanagementonadailybasis; bymaintainingthestocklevelanditsreplenishmentasperthesalesandcustomerpreferences.

• Participateinproductmeetperiodicallyandassistinselectingtheproductsaspertheprevailingtrendandcustomerdemands.

• Understandtheprocessofoldgoldpurchaseandinvolveinthestocktallyingofoldgoldonadailybasis.

Marketing
• Involve in Showroom Daytodaymarketingactivities.

• Visithighprofileandregularcustomersasapartofmarketingplantodrivesalesandincreasethefootfall.

• Understandandanalysethelocalmarkettrendonregularbase.

• Conductcompetitorstudyandkeepthetrackofthesame.

Customer Service
• Interactwithcustomersandunderstandtheirrequirements, buyingpatternsandensurethattheyareservedasper the Br and Promise.

• Suggestmeasurestoimprovecustomerservicestandards.

People Management
• Understand the Showroommanpowerfixationmatrix.

• Understandtheduties, responsibilitiesandtargetsof the MTMs.

• Participateinmorningmeetings.

• Suggestmeasurestodevelopthetalentsof the MTMS.

• Understand the Performance Management System Process.

• Activelyparticipate in HRinitiativestodriveoverallengagementandmotivation.

• Understandthecompany Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs).
