Role: Associate – Academy Operations
As an Associate – Academy Operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless demo class execution, supporting teacher onboarding, and coordinating with educators across international time zones.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Be the first point of contact for new part-time teachers during their initial 45 days, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and successful demo delivery.
✅ Schedule, track, and monitor demo classes while proactively resolving operational challenges.
✅ Coordinate with teachers to confirm availability and maintain accurate slot information.
✅ Escalate operational issues when needed and ensure timely resolution.
✅ Maintain daily trackers, operational reports, and data accurately.
✅ Share timely updates with managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth demo operations across regions.

Who Can Apply?
🎓 Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers are welcome!)
✔️ 0–3 years of experience (EdTech experience is a plus)
✔️ Strong communication and coordination skills
✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
