Responsibilities:
• Guidecustomersthroughpayrollsetup, payruns, corrections, andpost-payrolltasks, ensuringfundssuccessfullymoveoutofthebusinesstotherightpeopleattherighttime.

• Diagnoseandresolvepayment, debit/withdrawal, directdeposit, andrelatedpayrollfundingissuesusingastructured, investigativeapproachacrosscustomer-facingtoolsandback-officeworkflows.

• Helpcustomersunderstandhowworkflowsconnectacrossproducts(forexample: Teamsetup(employees, payrates, taxes, benefits)+timetracking(hours, PTO, approvals)payrollprocessingpaydelivery(DD/checks)taxes/filings.

• Owncustomerissuesfromintaketoresolutionwheneverpossible; whenescalationisrequired, clearlydocumentfindings, actionstaken, andrecommendednextstepstominimizecustomereffort.

• Communicatewithclarityandconfidenceespeciallywhensharingoutcomesthecustomermaynotwanttohear. Setexpectationsearly, explainthewhyinplainlanguage, andholdfirmonpolicy, risk, andcompliancerequirementswhilestillshowingempathyandofferingnext-bestoptions.

• Buildtrustquicklybyidentifyingbusinessgoalsandconstraints, de-escalatingwhenneeded, andusingappropriatefinancialandpaymentsterminology.

• Followestablishedpolicies, compliancerequirements, andriskcontrols, andapplysoundjudgmentwhennavigatingregulatedorsensitivemoney-movementscenarioswithinrolescope.
