*1. Associate Dentist – Planning*
🎓 Qualification: BDS
📊 Experience: 0–3 years
✅ Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
💰 CTC: ₹3.6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
• Create aligner treatment plans using 3D planning software
• Coordinate with orthodontists, CAD engineers and other team members
• Resolve dental and treatment-planning queries
• Ensure accuracy and quality of planned cases
*2. Associate Orthodontist – Planning*
🎓 Qualification: MDS – Orthodontics
📊 Experience: 0–3 years
✅ Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
💰 CTC: ₹7.68 LPA
• Fixed: ₹5.88 LPA
• Variable: ₹1.80 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Review aligner treatment plans and provide clinical inputs
- Resolve complex dental and treatment-related queries
- Coordinate with dentists, CAD engineers and relevant teams
- Ensure clinically accurate treatment planning and smooth case progression
Knowledge of aligner treatments, IPR and attachments is preferred. Aligner certification will be an advantage.
*RETAIL CLINICAL TEAM*
*3. Associate Dentist – Retail*
🎓 Qualification: BDS
💼 Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
💰 CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct dental consultations and assess patients for clear aligner treatments.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures and aligner benefits to patients.
- Perform intraoral scans and assist with treatment planning.
- Coordinate with orthodontists and internal clinical teams.
- Ensure an excellent patient experience and maintain clinical standards.
*4. Associate Orthodontist – Retail*
🎓 Qualification: MDS – Orthodontics
💼 Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
💰 CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and assess their suitability for clear aligner treatment.
- Review dental cases and provide orthodontic consultations.
- Explain treatment options and address patient queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth treatment progression.
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality and patient care.
*5. Associate Dentist – Field Sales*
🎓 Qualification: BDS
💼 Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
💰 CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit patients at their homes for scheduled dental scanning appointments.
- Perform intra-oral scans and demonstrate clear aligner solutions.
- Explain the aligner treatment process and address basic patient queries.
- Ensure accurate scans and a smooth patient experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless case progression.
