Brief Job Description

To work in Global Environment for Design Engineering and Manufacturing Support Activities. To provide remote and operational support to Manufacturing Engineering activities, Work Instructions (execution & maintenance), ERP (Oracle), Electrical drawings/schematics and documentation tools (AutoCAD Electrical/EPLAN preferred – basic use), documentation tools, WI templates. To provide remote and operational support to Electrical Manufacturing Engineering activities, primarily focused on Work Instructions (WI) preparation and maintenance using ERP data and 3D models. The role supports standardization, documentation quality, and backlog reduction activities across manufacturing operations while ensuring alignment with production requirements and engineering standards.

Responsibilities:Respects the principles of environmental protectionCreate, update, and maintain Work Instructions using ERP data and 3D modelsEnsure alignment of WI with electrical drawings, BOMs, routing, and electrical assembliesSupport Manufacturing Engineering teams with documentation standardization activitiesUse ERP system (Oracle) for data extraction and updatesUse electrical documentation and schematics for visualization and instruction creationPrepare and maintain manufacturing documentation and visual work aidsSupport backlog reduction activities related to Work InstructionsCreate visual shopfloor documentation, including screenshots, wiring references, and assembly referencesEnsure proper version control and document traceabilitySupport implementation of engineering changes into manufacturing documentationCollect, organize, and structure production-related dataSupport audit readiness through proper documentation maintenanceCooperate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Quality teamsWork in accordance with LEAN principles and 5S methodology (VOS)Required/ Minimum Qualifications:1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with relevant exposure to manufacturing environment, or equivalent administrative/technical support role. 1-2 years of experience on AutoCAD Electrical/ePLAN platforms.

Technical/practical Skills

Basic electrical documentation tool knowledge (AutoCAD Electrical/ePLAN preferred) with Oracle ERP (optional) & MS Office toolsBasic understanding of manufacturing processes & Ability to read basic electrical documentation & schematicsStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyAbility to work in a structured and process-oriented environmentAbility to support multiple priorities and standardized activities remotely
