Key Responsibilities
-Prepare monthly financial reporting for Head Office, including:
-Profit & Loss (P&L)
-Balance Sheet
-Off-Balance Sheet reporting
-Annexures
-Tax books
-Regulatory reporting schedules
-Manage ad-hoc financial reporting requests from Head Office.
-Manage inter-company transaction reconciliations and resolve intercompany breaks.
-Participate in finance projects related to Head Office financial reporting.
-Coordinate with Regional Financial Reporting teams during pre-closing activities and accounting issue resolution.
-Contribute to process automation and the elimination of manual reclassifications and adjustments.
-Provide analysis and responses to queries raised by Head Office Finance, Regional Finance, and internal stakeholders.
-Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data for reporting purposes.
Required Skills & Competencies
-Technical Skills
-Strong knowledge of accounting standards under IFRS.
-Good understanding of financial products.
-Proficiency in financial reporting and regulatory reporting.
-Knowledge of BCBS 239 principles.
-Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.
-Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Word, Outlook, and Notes.
-Exposure to Alteryx, Power Query, and Power BI will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Fresh Chartered Accountants (CA), CPAs, or candidates with equivalent qualifications and up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
