The Transacti on Risk Investigatorwillberesponsibleforvarioustasksrelatedtoinvestigatingandeliminatingonlineecommercerisk. Theidealcandidatewillhaveexperienceintheecommercepaymentsindustry, possessprevioustrustandsafetyexperience, andhaveaproventrackrecordofsuccessinacustomer-drivenworkenvironment. Thisrolerequiresstronganalyticalskillsandtheabilitytothriveinafast-pacedteamsetting. The Transacti on Risk Investigatorwillworkunderminimalsupervisionfrom the Managerandwillrelyonexcellentjudgmenttoplanandachievegoals.

Responsibilities :
• Conductinvestigationstoidentifyandmitigateonlineecommercerisk.

• Utilizeexcellentjudgmenttomakeindependentdecisionsregardingcomplextransactionsandcustomerauthentication.

• Engageinfrequentwrittenandverbalcommunicationwithdepartmentmanagement, riskanalysts, riskengineers, companyassociates, andthirdparties.

• Ensureproductivityandmaintainhighestqualityassurancestandards.

• Leveragesappropriateoperationaltoolsandapplicationstofindthedata.

• Abilitytosuccessfullynavigatewebsites.

• Understandsandadherestoworkflowdirections, SOPs.

• Performsavarietyofroutinestandardtasksinnon-voicequeueslikeemail, chatetc.
