About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, and enthusiastic Associate IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team in Noida. If you are a fresher with exceptional communication skills or have up to a year of experience in recruitment, this is the perfect launchpad for your career. You will be trained to identify, engage, and hire top-tier technical talent for our clients/internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing: Find potential IT candidates using job boards (Naukri, Monster/Foundit), professional networks (LinkedIn), and internal databases.

Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidates' communication skills, technical basics, interest, and cultural fit.

Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and technical panels; ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Relationship Management: Maintain continuous engagement with candidates from the initial call until their onboarding.

Database Management: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment trackers updated in real-time.

Market Research: Stay updated on current tech industry trends and skill sets.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA, MBA-HR, BCA, B.Tech, or B.Com preferred).
Experience: 0 - 1 year of experience. Freshers with a keen interest in recruitment are highly encouraged to apply.

Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (Non-negotiable).
Basic understanding of IT terminologies (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, QA) is a massive plus.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attitude: A high-energy individual with a strong learning agility and a results-driven mindset.
