🔴 Urgent Hiring: Associate Java Developer– Intern to Hire (6 Months) | Remote | 3 PM – 12 AM IST

Most internships give you small tasks or side projects. This one won’t.

At CloudEagle.ai, you’ll work on real backend systems, APIs, and production-level problems from day one. You’ll be part of a fast-moving team where ownership matters and learning is constant.

⚠️ Please read carefully before applying:
- This is a strict Intern-to-Hire role.
- You will intern with us full-time for 6 months.
- At the end of 6 months, conversion to a full-time role will be purely performance-based.
- There is no guaranteed conversion — it depends entirely on your code quality, ownership, and consistency.

✅ Eligibility Criteria (Non-Negotiable):
- Only candidates graduating in 2026 OR who have already graduated before 2026 should apply.
- IPrior nternship in Java is mandatory
- Strong Java fundamentals are mandatory.
- Must be comfortable working 3 PM – 12 AM IST shift.

Compensation:
- Stipend: ₹20K–₹30K/month (Negotiable- based on interview performance)
- Full-time: ₹4 to₹6 LPA (based on performance after internship completion)
