It is one of the largest, most manual, most broken workflows in financial services and Finovate Global is rebuilding it with agentic AI.AVIO, our AI platform, autonomously conducts collections conversations for India's leading NBFCs and financial institutions. It has crossed 10 Lakh+ (1 million) calls per day with ZERO Humans involved and is scaling toward 3 million calls a day. Also, interacting via Whatsapp, Emails, SMS and holding billions of interactions in a month.This is a large scale production AI autonomously operating at a scale very few teams touch across the globe.We are hiring an Associate Product Manager – AI to help decide what AVIO becomes next.What you'll ownProduct intelligence. Go deep inside AVIO, the conversation flows, the models, the outcomes data and identify precisely where it can become smarter, more robust, and more autonomous.Technology strategy. Track the frontier of voice AI, LLMs, and agentic systems; evaluate what's ready for production; and build the adoption case with rigour, not hype.Scale economics. Propose how we extract maximum value as call volumes grow 10x, new product lines, new revenue models, new markets within BFSI.Execution. Your proposals won't sit in a deck. You'll work directly with the founder and engineering to ship them, then measure what they did.Why this role is differentFounder proximity. You report to the CEO. Your ideas reach production in weeks, not quarters.Real scale, day one. Most AI product roles are prototypes in search of users. AVIO has live enterprise clients, real revenue, and crores of calls of data.A category being born. Agentic AI for BFSI barely existed two years ago. There is no playbook, which means the person who writes it wins. We believe a fresher with rigour will out-think a veteran with priors here. That's why this role exists.Compressed growth curve. The APM who does this well becomes the product leader of a category-defining platform. That path is measured in months here, not years.Who we're looking for0–2 years of experience. Final-year students and fresh graduates strongly encouraged.Demonstrated obsession with AI, you've built, fine-tuned, prompted, or broken things with LLMs on your own time, not just read about them.First-principles, structured thinking. You reason from data and mechanisms, not analogies.Bias for the present.
