*About the Role*
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Associate Recruitment Executive to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and MBA aspirants who are eager to build a successful career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
5. Support employer branding initiatives through campus hiring and social media campaigns.
6. Assist in the onboarding process for selected candidates.
*Desired Skills*
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals.
5. Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
*Eligibility*
1. BBA, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
2. Freshers are welcome to apply.
3. Internship or project experience in HR or Recruitment will be an added advantage.
