📌 Position: Associate – Sales & Marketing
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Individual Contributor | Field Role
📍 Locations: Bangalore | Delhi NCR | Chennai | Hyderabad
💰 COMPENSATION
🔹 First 2 Months – Probation:
₹25,000/month + Travel Allowance
🔹 Post-Probation:
₹7 LPA
• ₹5 LPA Fixed
• ₹2 LPA Variable
• Travel Allowance
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Activate schools and promote UPRIO's platform
✅ Engage with students, parents, and school representatives
✅ Enroll students into free trial programs
✅ Convert free users into paid subscribers
✅ Drive follow-ups, renewals, and customer retention
✅ Build strong and long-term customer relationships
✅ Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets
✅ Represent UPRIO during field visits
