🚖 Cab Facility: Available for employees working between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM
📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate deployment.
Recruit for IT Infrastructure roles, including Desktop Support, EUC Engineers, Network Support, Field Technicians, Data Center Technicians, and other related positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, WorkMarket, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, rate negotiation, onboarding, and joining follow-ups.
Build strong talent pipelines and collaborate with hiring managers to achieve quick closures.

Requirements
Associate Technical Recruiter
0–2 years of experience in Recruitment or IT Staffing (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
Technical Recruiter
2–5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Staffing.
Experience with US Staffing and hiring models such as W2, 1099, and C2C is preferred.
Exposure to hiring for IT Infrastructure roles is an advantage.
Experience supporting hiring across USA, EMEA, or APAC is a plus.
Strong communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in the US Shift.
