Key Responsibilities
✅ Business and Equity Valuations
✅ Financial Instrument Valuations
✅ Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) Assignments
✅ Financial Modeling and Analysis
✅ Industry, Market, and Competitor Research
✅ Preparation of Valuation Reports and Client Deliverables
✅ Client Interactions and Data Analysis
What We Are Looking For
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Good understanding of financial statements and corporate finance concepts
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔ Passion for valuation, transactions, and financial advisory
