About the Role
Muthoot Finance Limitedislookingforenthusiasticanddetail-oriented Aud it Internstosupport the Internal Auditteam. Thisinternshipoffershands-onexposuretobranchaudits, complianceverification, documentationreview, andfinancialcontrolswithin the NBFCsector.
Key Responsibilities
• Assistinconductinginternalauditsofbranchoperations

• Verifyfinancialrecords, vouchers, andsupportingdocuments

• Reviewcompliancewithcompanypoliciesandregulatoryguidelines

• Identifydiscrepanciesandreportauditobservations

• Assistinpreparingauditreportsandmaintainingauditdocumentation

• Supporttheteaminriskassessmentandprocessimprovementactivities

• Ensurepropermaintenanceofauditfilesandrecords

• Coordinatewithbranchteamstocollectrequiredinformationanddocuments

• Performotheraudit-relatedassignmentsasdirectedbythereportingmanager

Required Skills
• Basicknowledgeofaccountingandauditingprinciples

• Goodanalyticalandproblem-solvingskills

• Strongattentiontodetailandaccuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MSOffice

• Goodverbalandwrittencommunicationskills

• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam

Eligibility
• Freshersarewelcometoapply

• Candidateswithastronginterest in Internal Audit, Finance, and Compliancearepreferred

• Willingnesstotraveltobranchesforauditassignments, ifrequired

Stipend
• Months 1-6: 12, 500 permonth

• Months 7-12: 18, 000 permonth

• Afteroneyearonroleconversion with 3.24 LPA
