B2B Growth Consultant

🚀 We're hiring a B2B Growth Consultant at RoomAdda
We're looking for someone who wants to help us build partnerships that make student relocation easier.
What you'll actually do:
✅ Map corporate HR teams and GCCs across Bangalore (50+ target companies)
✅ Build partnerships through co-branded, opt-in onboarding campaigns
✅ Close corporate partnerships—we manage relocation, they drive employee adoption
✅ Track key metrics: corporate placements, partnership CAC, and LTV
Why now?
We've already closed 3 pilot corporate partnerships. Now we're looking for someone to help scale that to 20+ partnerships by Q3.
Who we're looking for:
→ You bring energy and ownership over years of experience
→ You're great at building relationships and getting warm introductions (not endless cold calling)
→ You care about solving real student housing challenges while helping build a fast-growing startup
Compensation
₹3 - 4 LPA base + tiered commission based on partnerships closed
