#What_You_will_Do

• Identify and research potential B2B clients
• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and direct business outreach
• Connect with business owners, HR professionals and decision-makers
• Understand client requirements and present suitable HR & technology solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with prospects and support the sales conversion process
• Contribute towards monthly business development targets
