Going for the Software Engineer role at Balkishan Sharma? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:

• Revise core data structures and be ready to explain the logic in your best project line by line — interviewers care more about how you reason than which language you used.
• For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
• Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
• It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
